II Squared Limited is a Construction Consultancy which provides Cost Planning, Project Management and Quantity Surveying. We have extensive and relevant experience working on new build and refurbishment construction projects.

We can add immense value in delivery of pre and post contract duties working with prestigious companies including Consultancies, Main / Sub-Contractors and end-user Clients. Our project related experiences have span over various sectors of the construction industry, including Cladding Remediation, Residential, Highrise, Retail, Commercial, Office, Clinical, Leisure, Hospitality, Industrial and Infrastructure.

Our company has experience in the property and construction marketplace since 2006. We pride ourselves on providing value engineering on all projects. Pragmatic in our approach and flexible in our thinking, we have a proven track record in identifying opportunity and adding tangible value to our clients.
