Our award winning independent limited company has experience in the property and construction marketplace for over 12 years. We pride ourselves on providing value engineering on all projects.
We work with an extensive range of clients. These include property developers, publicly funded bodies, end users, education organizations and local authorities.

Our scope of work covers the whole spectrum of building and construction consultancy, technical due diligence, management and compliance and incorporates a wide range of building types: commercial, industrial, retail, residential, public and historic / religious buildings. We take an active role in setting the standards within the local market and actively seeks to adapt our skills to meet the constantly changing needs of our clients.
Accredited by the RICS, IRPM and FPWS we believe we are well equipped with technical knowledge to manage any scenario. With our head office in the centre of Birmingham we have a diverse links to any projects nationally.

Property / Development Management
We can act as Development Managers on behalf of local and national developers, residential management companies and private landlords. We deliver a professional and quality service that will protect and maximise the value of each client’s property holdings. We offer a tailored management service to each specific development. We are accredited by the Institute of Residential Property Managers.
The contract administrator is the individual responsible for administering the construction contract. As the contract administrator we can be the lead consultant, the cost consultant, or simply a client representative to manage all other consultants within the project.
We can provide a Building Surveying service which includes pre-acquisition surveys, defect analysis, schedule of conditions and planned maintenance programmes.
As Quantity Surveyors we can manage all costs relating to building and refurbishment projects, from the initial estimate calculations to the final project figures. We would seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
Budget Cost Planning
We can combine or simplify the quantity surveyors role by providing a cost planning service either at the beginning of a project or throughout the duration of the project until completion. The role evolves throughout the project, developing in detail and accuracy.
Service Charge Management
We can manage the service charge accounts within our property management expertise for any of our clients as described above. We deliver a professional accounting process which includes clarity and clear communication through independently audited accounts. Our service charge management process follows our core template however we view each development individual to minimise the cost to each property owner.
We provide a professional project management service to a number of clients nationally. We deliver value for money by providing the highest standards of a hands on project management approach, utilising our experiences to realise business benefits and deliver projects to time and within budget.
We can provide AutoCAD drawings following measurement surveys carried out by own building surveyors. As part of this service we can create drawings for the purpose of planning applications, indicative building alterations, refurbishment projects or space planning whether it be office, residential, retail or commercial our service covers all sectors.
Our Party Wall Service provides you with expert advice for all party wall matters. We have experience and expertise in a diverse range of party wall issues and can help you in connection with a diverse range of projects, from domestic extensions, to large commercial developments.
If you are the building owner and are carrying out building works we can help you identify exactly which neighbouring properties fall within the scope of the Party Wall etc. Act. You can instruct us to serve party wall notices. We can prepare and agree a party wall award. We can produce a schedule of the condition of the neighbouring properties, to ensure that you are not held responsible for any pre-existing defects.
If you are an adjoining owner and your neighbour is carrying out building works we can advise you of your rights under the Party Wall etc Act. We can ensure all controls are in place to minimise the risk of damage to your property. We can also monitor the building works and identify any damage to your property. Note, under the Act, the developer is required to pay our fees on your behalf.
